Blake and I had always wanted to have a family buisiness. We wanted to teach our boys, ages 12 and 15, the value of hard work and to work together as a team. When we started The White Crow, it began with a beautiful piece of land and a dream. Then, just as we got started, the pandemic hit. Perfect opportunity to teach our boys how to persevere! Not an easy way to start, but a memorable one. Now, each time I pass our names in the concrete floor, I remember the adventure building this business was. Lot's of long days and hard work, but we did it together, as a family. This is just the beginning of our big adventure. I can't wait to see what the future will bring!
